  • Timing: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original (first) purchase/subscription date, and can be done only for the first month of subscription.

  • No Questions Asked: We offer a “no questions asked” refund policy. You are not required to provide a detailed explanation for your dissatisfaction, but we would appreciate it if you could tell us the reason and how we can improve.

  • Money: Alternatively, you can opt for a monetary refund, which will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that processing times for monetary refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.
