The free trial gives you the possibility to try all functionality for free! You can enjoy your 14-day free trial with a maximum of 30 orders before upgrading your plan.

Any order placed with a carrier configured through ShipWisely is a single shipment. Orders fulfilled with different carriers won't count towards your limit.

Currently, we support stores on the Ecwid platform. Regarding carriers, kindly refer to this page. We have exciting plans to expand our support to include additional platforms and carriers in the future. To stay informed about this and other exciting launches, please subscribe for our product updates.

No, there are no additional charges beyond the subscription fee and the cost associated with using your own carrier accounts. However, it's important to remember that you are liable for the expenses of your postage and insurance.

You will incur no charges until you decide to upgrade your subscription. Throughout your free trial, we do not require any payment information or credit card details. Should you opt to upgrade to a ShipWisely subscription, billing will commence upon initiation of the plan you select.

Absolutely! It's easy to change your account's plan to a different one. Should you experience a sudden increase in orders requiring more shipments than your prior plan permitted, we're here to assist. Similarly, should there be a downturn, rest assured, we're still here to support you.

Absolutely! You can cancel your account whenever you wish. We'd be sad to see you go. After logging into the app, you can cancel your account by going to the settings and choosing your subscription plan, or by dropping an email to [email protected]. Please remember, once you cancel, it cannot be undone.
